Most prizes will be emailed, transferred electronically, available for pick up at the venue, or mailed out. The K-97 Promotions Department will notify winners on rare occasions when prizes are “pick up only” from our studos in West Edmonton Mall.

Contest Rules:
- Only one person per household is eligible to qualify or win a regular prize. If the prize is valued at $250 once every 6 months, or valued at $1,000 once per year. Examples of Major Promotions are K-97’s $100,000 Pressure Test, K-97’s Family Plan, etc.
- Contests are open to legal Canadian residents, 18 years of age and older, residing in the CIRK FM broadcast area.
- Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any way in the CIRK-FM, K-97 contests posted on our website and mobile app.
How to claim your prize:
- Our offices are closed for Prize Pick Up. Prizes will be e-transferred, emailed, or mailed to the addresses provided when winning or upon entry. Should the winnings be a physical prize that is unable to be mailed, arrangements will be made with the winner to pick up.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. There will be no substitutions.
- All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, providing alternate prize(s) and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof in the event of a cancellation.
